I make AI avatar videos myself, daily, so the toolchain isn't secondhand. But there's a real difference between knowing how to run these tools and building an entire faceless business around them, niche, persona, product, funnel, and all. The Tools People Actually Stack Together

What Nobody Tells You About Running the Stack
The tools don't talk to each other. You're the integration layer. Day job's software and DevOps, so I skip the web dashboards where I can and call HeyGen and kie.ai straight through their APIs instead, scripts doing the clicking I'd otherwise do by hand. It doesn't make the work disappear. It just moves from a browser tab to a terminal. Write the script, generate the video, pull it into a caption tool, export again, schedule it, and do that for every post, every day, for as long as the account exists.
And the tools get things wrong. I've mentioned the seat belt before, an AI render that wrapped a seat belt around a headrest like it had given up halfway through, and I scrolled past it a dozen times before a comment caught it.
